Enhancing UX across native Apps and rebranding Portal

Team: SME’s, Product Lead, PM, Regional managers, Developers, and Marketing teams
Tools & Methodology: Sketch, Google documents :) — JTBD framework, Distributor manager-Interviews, Journey maps and System audit
Outcome: Achieving a 15% uplift in new client engagement in first 3 months of launch.

What does IVE Group do?

IVE group is Australia's leading holistic marketing company. Distribution is one of the many services IVE group is providing; distributing catalogue/letter-box marketing materials to 6.7m homes and reaches 17m people weekly.

IVE hub is both an online web portal and a mobile phone app which are the central communication hub for the distribution network.

IVE group acquired Salmat in January 2020, Australian leading catalogue distribution company and we were tasked to re-brand all the digital application to IVE branding.

I was working with Dev/Marketing/SME’s and Project manager to rebrand existing applications and improving end to end customer experience across both Native apps and web portal.

First thing we did is to audit existing user flow, copy and information architecture.

IVE Branding

We looked at brand guidline and start gather all the component styles, font hiearchy and button styles.

Challenge:
Was to take existing brand identity and reskin platform and native Apps without major structural changes and improve UX where it’s needed.

Portal(Old)

Did an UI audit and created a board of components with different states.
One of the issue with this design was mobile responsiveness, clunky interaction and copy for each action was not clear.
